- 1 package chopped spinach, frozen
- 1/2 cup low fat cream cheese with chives
- 1/2 cup light/fat-free sour cream
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp table salt, or less to taste (optional)
- Unthaw spinach
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix thoroughly.
- Place dip in a serving bowl, add chips and veggies. Serve chilled.
