Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs

 Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs Diva Style. This is a light and quick summer recipe.You can choose to make the glaze by scratch if you like but you will have to google that recipe on your own! hahahaha Diva Style taste like you made it from scratch but you didn't!!! Guess what no one will know if you don't tell them!!! Shhhh our secret!!! I love fruit in the summer because it's so yummy and juciy. I try to incorporate fruit in every meal. This is one of my favorite main dishes. Try it for yourself!


Ingredients:

  • 1 Bottle of Hawaiian Glaze or Honey Teriyaki Glaze Marinade & Cooking Sauce

  • 8 Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 2 inch pieces

  • 1 Pineapple cut into chunks (1 can of Pineapple chucks if you don't have time to buy a whole one)

  • 8 Skewers

  • Directions:

    1. In a shallow glass dish, pour in glaze.
    2. Stir the chicken pieces and pineapple into the marinade until well coated.
    3. Cover bowl and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
    4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
    5. Diva Tip * Cook it inside on a tabletop grill like the George Foreman 
    6. Thread chicken and pineapple alternately onto skewers. Add other veggies if you like for more flavor.
    7. Grill 15 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally, or until chicken juices run clear.
      

    Serve with a tossed salad and Enjoy!
