Spinach Ravioli Lasagna

It's Meatless Monday!!! I have a great recipe for you!!! Spinach and cheese ravioli lasagna, OMG my kids love this dish, with all the cheese and ravioli you really don't miss the meat. However, if you do miss the meat (^_^) it is great with ground turkey or ground italian sausage. This is a great dish anytime of the week and the leftovers are even better. Not only is it meatless but it is less than 5 ingredients and "Diva Style"!!! What more can you ask for.... Tasty and Simple!!

What you need.....

1 jar (28 ounces) spaghetti sauce
Diva Tip: choose a sauce with herbs, veggies and spices
1 package (25 ounces) frozen spinach and cheese ravioli
1-1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded italian blend cheese
1 lbs grounds turkey, beef or italian sausage (Optional)

What you do.....

-Preheat oven 400
-Spray a 2-1/2-qt. baking dish.
-Layer a third of the spaghetti sauce, half of the ravioli and 1/2 cup cheese; repeat layers.
-Top with remaining sauce and cheese.
-Cover and bake for 40-45 minutes or until brown and bubbling.

Serve with salad and garlic bread.
