Football Kickin Buffalo Bites

This is one of my favorite appetizers. I love spicy hot wings in any fashion. I came across this recipe while surfing and it call for too many ingredients and making the breading from scratch as delicious as it sounded who has time to cook from scratch??? Not me!!! So I made a few changes and made it Diva Style for my busy Divas. I am sure you will enjoy this and it is perfect for that Super Bowl Party you are hosting or attending.

Ingredients:
1 can 8oz crescent rolls (makes 16 bites)
1 cup finely diced cooked chicken breast (You can use canned chicken)
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup hot sauce (Frank's brand is what I used)
4 tablespoons butter, softened and divided in half

Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 375
2. In a large bowl mix all ingredients except crescent rolls and half of the butter.
3.Unroll the crescent rolls on a cookie sheet. Divide into 8 triangles. Cut each triangle in half from the point to the middle of the longest side, making 16 triangles.
4.Scoop 1 tablespoon of chicken mixture place in the center of each triangle. Bring the three corners to the center over the chicken filling and pinch together.
5. Brush each chicken bite with the remaining butter.
6. Bake 13-15 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Serve with ranch or blue cheese for dipping.
8. Serve also with carrots and celery.

This recipe makes 16 bites if you need more
just double the recipe.
