Seriously Simple Slow Cooker Beef Stew

There's nothing like coming home and dinner is already done. What a great feeling especially after a long day at work. This recipe is so simple you will be making it at least once a month and you probably already have all the ingredients at home. Check it out...

2 lbs Boneless beef chuck cut into chunks
2 cups water
1 1/2 lbs or 3 cups Potatoes peeled and cut into small chunks
1 Onion chopped
1 cup Barbecue sauce
1/4 cup Steak sauce
1 bag frozen veggies of choice (I like carrots, corn and green beans)

- Place all ingredients except steak sauce in the crockpot, cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Add Steak sauce just before serving.

How simple was that!!!!
Serve with some corn bread and there you have a great meal waiting for you when you get home.

Make today fabulous!
