Slow Cooker Chicken Cordon Blue

I have been really loving my crock pot here lately. It makes dinner time so much easier and stress free! If you like the traditional Chicken Cordon Blue you will love this slow cooker rendition, and the best part is it only requires 5 ingredients. Taste and see for yourself how yummy this is!

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts

  • 6 slices of Swiss cheese

  • 6 slices of deli ham

  • 10 oz. can condensed cream of chicken soup (w/roasted garlic optional or any other variety)

  • 3 Tbsp. water

  • Pepper

  • Directions
    1. Flatten each chicken breast with wooden mallet or rolling pin.
    2. Place slice of cheese and ham in the center of each chicken. Fold up and secure with toothpicks.
    3. Place in slow cooker.
    4. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken bundles, making sure pieces are fully covered.
    5. Cover crock pot. Cook on low 6-7 hours, until chicken is thoroughly cooked.

Serve with brown rice and salad. Enjoy!
