Angel Eggs

This is my all time favorite summer food "Angel Eggs" no devils here!! hahaha!!! This recipe is packed with lots of flavor with a twist to your normal deviled egg recipe. Everyone will be asking for more.


What You Need

8 Hard boiled cooked eggs
1/2 cup Sour cream & onion dip
Diva Tip * If you can't find this just use sour cream with onion dip seasoning
1 tsp Mustard (Dijon, Spicy or Yellow)
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
2 TBS Chopped fresh chives (optional)
1 TBS Parsley
1/8 tsp Paprika



What You Do
  • Cut eggs lengthwise in half. Remove yolks; place yolk in medium bowl & put egg whites halves on serving dish.
  •  Add all remaining ingredients except paprika and half chives mix well. 
  • Spoon mixture into resealable plastic bag Cut small corner from bottom of bag fill egg white halves.

  • Diva Tip * use a pastry bag with decorative tip, if you have one.
  • Sprinkle with paprika.
  • Garnish with chives
There you go! A new twist on the old deviled eggs... Now the new "Angel Eggs"!!
