Sandwich Kabbobs

It's Monday and I'm sure you are like me, always tring to think of something creative for your childs lunch. This is a great way to turn a boring sandwhich into something fun. It's easy and your kids will love it. Best of all you can make up several at a time and store them in the frig for afterschool snacks as well.

What you need....
Skewers
cheese cubes
Ham or Turkey Cubed (ask deli for thick slices or roll and fold the slices in half.)
Lettuce
Grape Tomatoes
Other veggies like Carrots, Olives or Pickles (whatever your child likes)
Bread Cubbed
Mayo/Mustard

What you do....
Slides cubed items onto skewer in no particular order.
Include a side of mayo or mustard for dipping.

There you go a another great lunch!
