Chicken Cobb Dip

If you like Cobb Salad you will just love this dip. It is very similar to the traditional Cobb salad with a little twist. If you are going to a Labor Day BBQ and have to bring an appetizer this is the one to bring. As with all my recipe it is super "Divalicious" and EASY!!!!

Ingredients:
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup Blue Cheese Dressing
1 cup finely chopped iceberg lettuce
1 cup chopped Oven Roasted Chicken Breast (Deli Slices)
2 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
2 small  plum tomatoes, finely chopped
1 avocado, pitted and diced
1/4 cup Crumbled Blue Cheese
6 slices Bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
Big Snack Crackers or Tortilla Chips

Directions:
  1. Mix cream cheese and dressing until well blended
  2. Spread onto serving plate or bottom of pie plate.
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  4. Top with layers of all remaining ingredients.
  5. Serve with crackers or chips.
Have a Great Labor Day!
