Ingredients:
1/2 pound lean ground beef
1/2 lbs hot/spicy bulk sausage
1 jar (16 ounces) medium salsa
1 pound process cheese, cubed (like Velveeta)
Directions:
- Brown ground beef and sausage in large skillet on medium heat, cooked through, Drain,
- In a crock pot/slow cooker add all ingredients.
- Cook on high until cheese is melted and all ingredients blended. Stir occasionally.
- Reduce heat to low.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips and enjoy!!
